Hi Everyone,

In order for you to live a healthful purpose driven conscious life, a stock of quick and useful recipes can go an awful long way.   I will be posting some of my favorite recipes here on a regular basis to share the wealth of health.

Recipe #1

Morning Bliss


Ingredients

(1) Tbsp Oil (Canola, Olive, Vegetable) (Whatever you have around)

(1) Large Can (Your favorite diced Tomatoes)

(1/2) Onion (Diced or Sliced) (Whatever floats your boat)

(4) Cloves of Garlic (Crushed and diced) *Crushing Garlic releases its healing properties

(2-3) Large Eggs

(1/2) tsp Sea Salt

(1/2) tsp Sugar

Optional Ingredients

(1) tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

(1) Tbsp Grated Cheese


Instructions:

Add Oil to a large sauce pan at medium heat.  In a minute or two add the Onions  and Garlic and saute until lightly browned.  Add can of tomatoes, salt, sugar and pepper flakes (optional) and stir well.  Keep sauce at medium heat for about 10 minutes.  You are cooking much of the water out of the sauce.  Stir as needed.  After 10 minutes,  Take your stirring spoon and create an empty circle in the middle of your sauce pan, by pushing the sauce to the side of the pan.  Crack 2 or 3 Large eggs right in the middle and let cook until whites are done.  *Make sure that yolks are still a liquid. The dish is done.

Spoon half or all of the sauce into a large dinner dish and place eggs directly on top.  Garnish with grated cheese. (if desired)

When eating, make sure to let the egg yolks run into the sauce and eat with or without bread.   It doesn’t matter, you’re in heaven nonetheless.
